Ribbon racks are built by the rule-based precedence engine from each hero's normalized medal list (not AI layout). Lists below use metadata tags and branch filters — caretakers can fix tags in admin when the AI clerk misses one. Use Back in the wizard to change a step without the browser back button.

Spotlight lists (U.S.)

Each shortcut runs a query like: published heroes matching country / branch / tag, ordered by score (or by optional comparison index where noted).

Top decorated — all-time (USM-25 score)Full published leaderboard sorted by archive score.
Biggest ribbon racks (medal count)Open rankings and use “Sort by medal count” in the list controls.
Heroic womenHeroes tagged female (verify tags in admin if someone is missing).
U.S. Army — ground combatArmy branch + ground_combat tag.
U.S. Navy heroesAll published Navy profiles in score order.
U.S. Marine Corps heroesTop Marines by score.
U.S. Air Force & aviationAir Force branch; add aviator/ace tags in admin for tighter lists.
